The caffeine kicked in and I find myself here in this site to which only this laptop knows my username and password. Recently, there's been a resurgence of snail mails and people got creative and they write a letter, with some artprint and stickers other ephemera, stuck it all inside a nice envelope and sell it for a pretty penny. I got some, of course, but it doesn't feel sincere coz it is generic. sometimes they all have the same theme of romantizicing life, slowing dowm, going for a pause, yadda yadda yadda. I love the artprints and maybe the stickers but I am done. for now. Anyway, this lead me to more art related stuff like journaling, washi tapes and rubber stamps. The latter is my kryptonite and when the gate opened up for me, not knowing before that there's a world out there full of these cute stamps, I was like a kid in a candy store. I went crazy and down the rabbit hole, nothing much in the local shores so have to look in China, Taiwan, Japan and Malaysia. Maybe in South Korea, too but let's not go there anymore when there's lot to had here. Just 3 weeks ago I don't know who Eileen Tai is. now I know all the stores in Tokyo where you can get these goodies - Loft, Tegamisha, 36 Duplo, Giovanni, Itoya, Redbug, etc.
How's life these days? a bit busy. I should really be moving at a fast pace trying to solve all problems and if only I could focus well. These problems would vanish. Alas, I am just me. maybe I should ask AI to write my thoughts more articulately lol
